For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms within an Establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, and this in accordance with Article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or period.

For each Service reservation, the Special Conditions specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

Les Artistes Hotel makes every effort to provide information on the Site that is as accurate as possible. The information contained therein is not exhaustive and the photos are non-contractual. It is subject to any changes that may have been made since it was put online. Furthermore, all information on the Site is given for guidance only, and is subject to change or development without notice.

 

Consumer Mediator

The Customer is informed by Les Artistes Hotel of the possibility of having recourse, in the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions set out in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.
